Tom Davy (a. k. a.) Dave Thomas grew up riding horses in Wisconsin. By the time he graduated from the University of Missouri he had worked as a camp wrangler, worked on a Montana ranch and grew intensely interested in the old west. After teaching 38 years, picking up 3 degrees and coaching 94 seasons in four sports, Davy has turned his attention to writing westerns.
