Jean-Claude Demont is the President and General Manager of First Automobile Consultants, a consulting agency that specializes in automobile service departments. He has worked for major automobile manufacturers and importers in Europe and the U.S. His father was an automobile technician, who introduced Demont to automobile technology at an early age. By high school Demont was working for an automobile dealership, and it was there that he learned how essential a winning attitude is to success. For many years Demont worked in management positions for the French auto manufacturer Renault. As a result, he was able to develop his own successful management methods. Demont has more than thirty years' experience in managing service departments.
