“It’s just a baseball card,” he remarked as he handed it to him. “You collect cards, you take it.”
“Hey look in the corner, it has one of those shiny hologram things,” observed James as he showed it to Corey, who was wiping the sweat from his forehead with the side of his arm.
“Who cares? All the cards are doing that now. C’mon, lets go. It’s too hot to stand here all day.”
Certain that his lost treasure had now been recovered; the mysterious man hid once again in the shadows and waited for his chance to get his hands on it. He would stop at nothing to accomplish his goal.
