God's Wrath An understanding of what the day of the Lord is and what it is not, is an important key to having an accurate understanding of what will happen in the end times. Satan's Wrath (the great tribulation) Many will say that the day of the LORD and the great tribulation are happening at the same time; however, you will plainly see that according to Scripture, it is impossible for the two to occur at the same time...
Concerning Satan's wrath: The antichrist will exalt himself and demand worship. (2 Thess. 2:4) Only the godly, the saints, and the faithful believers will be persecuted (Rev. 12:17) Cosmic disturbances are not linked to this time.
