Adi's life began in the Southeastern Alaskan town of Petersburg under a cloud of deception and heartbreak. Through difficult circumstances for any child, she'd grown into a beautiful young lady whose influence would change many hearts; her life fulfilling a prophetic word given to her mother years before her birth.
Artist and freelance writer Sharon John, a self described Alaskan history buff, enjoys delving into origins of various towns and villages, and has, as with her previous book “The Road Home,” combined fact with fiction in the writing of “Adi-The Jewel of Petersburg”.
