About Puapa'e. A. Pepe. Folau
Puapa’e is a veteran educator. She is a graduate of University of
Hawaii, and San Diego State University.
She is 48 years old, and is married to Tapumanaia Elisaia S. Folau, who
is also a longtime educator, and they have 14 children. The family
resides in Tafuna, Pago Pago, American Samoa.
