This is due to the veil of forgetfulness that falls when one loses memory of one's true being.

In 1939, tremendous change occured on Earth. The world erupted in chaos as Nazi Germany invaded Poland beginning World War II in Europe. Britain, France, and Canada declared war on Germany. The Soviet Union invaded Poland. Afterward, the Nazis and Soviets divided up Poland. Jews came under attack. In November, Soviets attacked Finland beginning the Winter War in which they prevailed.
The New York World's Fair displayed television to the public and it became broadcast from the Empire State Building. "Gone With The Wind" appeared in movie theaters. Rhett Butler's language startled many people. Peoples of the United States received news of war with dread and foreboding. World War I had been fought to end all wars; now, another war appeared to be in the offing.
From his soul's perspective, Kla-La watched as events led the world into unthinkable chaos. An old soul, he planned to incarnate during tumultous times because during times of great change immense growth can occur. His soul watched and waited for the perfect time, place and environment in which he might learn the most and make the best progress that would benefit his growth and those around him. He wanted to be of great service, so he chose to incarnate into a family who would provide a solid religious foundation. His mother would encourage music and bring an appreciation of beauty to his life. His father would contribute a strong sense of will and keen intellect. November 1939-- While growing large with child, Anna Louise endured spring dust storms that filled her home with dirt, and endless summer heat that drove all living things toward relief. She welcomed the fall, the coolness November promised, and the birth of her third child. In the small farming community, Kla-La's mother-to-be, Anna Louise, went into labor in the local rural hospital.
