Books by Pamela A. Bakker
The author takes four "controversial sites" and weighs the geographical/archeological evidence found there against the Biblical text with some surprising results.

Biblical text often gives us important clues when looking for locations for the stories. It is important to look at the information carefully when contrasting traditional views with new archeological finds.
