When a heart for God seeks after the God who has a heart for those who seek Him unite, the two are never disappointing to one another. What I am saying is your motivation and hunger for God coupled with seeking Him diligently is fuel to ignite His response. As a thirsty person is in search of water to quench the thirst, so does the Holy Spirit seek after a heart it can quench from its thirst after God. You know, in your natural body, you do not have to do anything whatsoever to be hungry or thirsty. In fact, all you have to do is nothing. This is how easy God has made it in the natural. Similarly, if you hunger and thirst after the Holy Spirit you will be filled. It is as simple as you recognizing and accepting this....
