Do you enjoy asking a person you have just met, "How much do you make per month and how much debt do you have?" Of course not; we hate to ask those questions. On the other hand, every agent has shown a nice couple houses all weekend long only to find out on Monday that they couldn't rent a port-a-potty without a co-signer.
Combined, Rich and Pam have 33 years in real estate. Their experience teaching hundreds of classes to agents in San Antonio provided inspiration to write books directed at the "average" real estate agent. Looking at the industry, they found most books for agents dry as saltines. Their last year in real estate they sold 72 homes with a 92% referral rate. They live in San Antonio with their Siamese cats.
