Featured Titles

A young West Texas boy just out of high school, marries and gets drafted into the Army. Then after being married for less than a year he finds himself preparing for the most controversial war of our time. This book presents the intensity and reality as well as a humorous side of America's helicopter war.

Excerpt:
At this point, both Bill and I had vertigo. The buffeting of the storm, lack of visual reference, lightening flashes and a failed attitude indicator had ganged up on us. We had no idea which way was up. The vertical speed indicator pegged out, down. Our vertical speed showed a decent in excess of 6,000 feet per minute.

About N. G. Brown

N. G. Brown is currently in sales and management, but during the Vietnam war he was a Huey and Cobra gunship pilot for the U. S. Army. The experiences of that time have impacted profoundly on his life, sometimes for the better and sometimes for worse. For many years now he has been trying to put some of those thoughts and experiences into words on paper. BLUE MAX: Missions & Memories is the culmination of over 25 years of writing effort.
