Billy Z. Earley was born and raised in the city of Los Angeles. He attended high school at Manual Arts and graduated from Los Angeles Trade Technical College. He also studied at UCLA and granduated from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science. He is very happily married and has five adoring children. He learned how to speak Hindi and Spanish fluently which always tends to take most people by suprise!
