Hold Your Hands Right – and other warm fuzzy stories from behind the pulpit is a wonderfully heartwarming collection of more than forty real-life stories—punctuated by verses from the Bible—that show just how much God can be found in our most sublimely mundane moments.
“One thing that can be said about Cubs fans: we aren’t fickle. We stay the course and always say, ‘maybe next year.’ Some day, some year, they will win. I hope it’s soon, because as my friend, Frances says, ‘We're running out of “next years”.’ Jesus showed us that he loves the underdog. He loved the poor and healed the sick. And he talked about how we should behave towards those who aren’t as fortunate when they are downtrodden. Like the Cubs.”
Through Pastor Bonnie’s poignant and sometimes humorous observations and personal experiences comes stories of faith and hope, love and forgiveness, through which we are reminded of how the Lord is ever present in our lives, whether shouting at us or whispering in our ear.

Life is a journey of joy and love; of trials and tears.
The stories in "Hold Your Hands Right" are intended to help celebrate the spiritual journey and nudge us to keep in touch with the holiness of God in everyday experiences.
