DREAMING IS ONLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE ASLEEP…IT’S TIME TO WAKE UP!
Imagine you are a company-grade Army officer (Captain) who is tasked with the mission of finally fulfilling Dr. King’s dream and accomplishing Black equality in America but with one stipulation: no assistance from outside the Black community allowed. Retired Army officer Tony Caligula uses the Military Problem-Solving Process and other Army principles to develop an Army Warning order to do just that. Since slavery, Black Americans have sought socioeconomic equality with whites but every bilateral strategy has been rooted in the grievance-based platform of supplication which casts Blacks in the role of subordinates. However, retired Army officer Tony Caligula tries a new approach that involves unilateral problem-solving based on battle-tested/proven military techniques, tactics, and procedures. This essentially results in a paradigm shift in traditional Civil Rights thinking:
*No victimization platform.
*No dependency on whites or the government (unilateral solutions).
*No socialist schemes.
*Fresh approach based on self-help philosophies of Booker T. Washington. *Rejection of Grievance Industry of obsolete Civil Rights Movement.
*Focuses on the dissemination of a concrete plan instead of the haphazard rantings of some charismatic autocrat (assassination-proof).
*Onus is placed on the Black community where it belongs, not on the white power-structure (no self-serving bias).
*Universal application (can be adapted to any culture).
*Utilizes Army techniques, tactics, and procedures used to achieve military objectives.
*The entire book is summarized (distilled) into 10 easy-to-remember steps.
This is the basic premise of The Black Ten Commandments: National Warning Order (BTCWARNO) which seeks to empower low-income Blacks with the necessary skills to achieve personal mastery (personal salvation, skill-building, problem-solving, etc.), success, wealth, prosperity, happiness, and the American Dream by reprogramming self-destructive and counterproductive thinking which, in turn, changes negative behaviors. “Low-income Blacks will never attain a higher standard of living until they first achieve a higher standard of thinking” Essentially a self-help book with universal applications, The Black Ten Commandments: National Warning Order primarily targets low-income Blacks who are at the very bottom of America’s socioeconomic ladder (those members of society who are the most dependent are the most vulnerable).
