Innkeeper Rachel Flynn Walker can bake a mean batch of chocolate chip pecan cookies, but can she make time for true love? Harder yet - can she keep the gnats out of the wine? Will she be able to satisfy the needs of a house full of demanding guests and stop the seemingly endless parade of visiting adulterers from making her charming Inn the 'cheaters-hideaway of choice?'

Find out in this heartwarming and funny look at a thoughtful and spirited young businesswoman trying to keep her struggling Bed & Breakfast afloat in the heart of the American South, as she finds it harder and harder to tell the difference between her work and herself.

Grab your suitcase - it's time to check into Magnolia Manor!
