Book Expo of America Book Fair Co-Op Agreement

1. In partnership with a trade show exhibitor vendor, Outskirts Press will display your book on an Outskirts Press designated shelf along with 4-7 other Outskirts Press books (depending upon the various sizes of the books).

2. An associate of either Outskirts Press or the trade show exhibitor will be on hand during the entire length of the trade show to answer attendees questions about your book, particularly how to get in touch with you for additional information or negotiations.

3. Outskirts Press will ensure that all applicable contact information for the author and publisher is made available for attendees who inquire about your book and will also ensure the book itself contains author contact information. Outskirts Press will use the Author contact information available in the Author's Center at the time of trade show registration and it is the Author's responsibility to ensure that information is always accurate. Author's book will also be listed in the trade show catalogue as a title-on-display.

4. Outskirts Press will provide a copy of your book for display at the trade show. Author understands that Royalties are not paid for this copy, nor will this copy be made available to Author after the event; the trade show/fair typically donates display copies to local charities at the end of the fair.

5. Author understands that most inquiries made by interested attendees at the fair are directed to the Author personally and it is the author's responsibility to make themselves available for contact by these attendees following the book fair. Outskirts Press will forward directly to the author any and all attendee follow-up inquiries that result from the fair.

6. Book Expo of America Book Fair Co-Op fees are non-refundable.
