Josey was a fun loving, high spirited person who, in the beginning, loved to manipulate and control people. She thought she had it all and that no one could stop her. Until now, she thought everything should be her way or no way. Her total life changed when she met Him. She wasn’t happy with her life and wanted to end it. She did not realize it at the time but this man would change her life forever and give her a desire to live life to its’ fullest and not to take anything for granted. She wanted her story told so that others might learn from her mistakes. She was seeking to save people from having to experience all the struggles, heartaches and pain that she suffered through when it all could have been avoided if she had met him sooner.
I first met Josey while I was stationed in Germany. We did not become friends then but met later on after both of us had retired from the US Army. I want do my best to tell my friends story as a testimony to her life. She told me about all the difficult situations she had to deal with from childhood to the day she went to be with the Lord. I pray that hurting people will find themselves in this story and know that if she could overcome all of the obstackles in her life, they can too. I pray that God will get all the glory and that every one will be blessed after reading this story. I strongly believe the messages held within the pages of this book will have a tremendous impact on their life.
