Easy, Moist Burgers
Mix 1 tablespoon soy sauce into one pound ground beef, turkey, or mixture of beef and turkey. Shape into patties and grill. Serve on toasted buns with condiments and veggies of choice.
About Jane Vogel
Jane Vogel has been cooking up special occasions for family and friends for many years, especially at her annual Soup Party and Oktoberfest. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Minnesota and her Master of Science at Indiana University. She has taught English/Language Arts in both Minnesota and Indiana. Jane is now a retired procedural writer, on the road with her standard poodle, All That Jazz, in her Winnebago RV which she calls “Frieda Roam.” She intends to land eventually somewhere near Marietta, Georgia, where her son and his family live.
