About The Author
"God Speak Through Me" is Sheila Denise Moore's first Book of Poetry and certainly will not be her last accomplishment. Sheila, a native of Baltimore, MD is happily married to Robert L. Moore Jr. and has been writing poetry since the tender age of 12. Her poetry reflects her Faith in God, family values and Societal issues. Sheila has been published in two Anthologies: "Tomorrow's Dreams" & "Best New Poets of the 1990's". On August 2, 1996 she was inducted into the International Society of Poets where she is a 'Distinguished Member' and was formally recognized as a new Poet. Sheila is most inspired by Maya Angelou, Bruce B.Wilmur and Helen Steiner-Rice to name a few. She hopes that her poetry will cultivate and inspire a new generation of readers as well as poetry lovers everywhere.
