Whether you are interested in pursuing a career in the fire service, a motivated firefighter or a seasoned officer, this book will give you insights on how to become a desirable fire department candidate, how to perform at a higher level at every rank within the fire department as well as prepare you for your next promotional exam. Climbing the Ladder is geared towards the fire service, however elected officials, city managers, other department heads and all those who manage personnel will also find benefits throughout this read.
