About Dr. Moses McCutcheon, Jr.
Dr. Moses McCutcheon Jr. is the developer of the School-To-Success model, and CEO of the School-To-Success Foundation, whose mission is helping students choose their college or trade school major and career . . . bridging the gap between school and a successful life. Motto: Connecting life purposes with career choices. The School-To-Success Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) community outreach life and career guidance project for youth and adults. He is an Author, Educator, Trainer, Retired Military Officer, Certified Life and Career Guidance Consultant/Career Coach, Entrepreneur, and Motivational Seminar Leader with a Doctor of Education Degree in Organizational Leadership and Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Pepperdine University. He is a pioneer in the fields of career/technical education and life/work planning with over 20 years of experience as a trainer and personnel management analyst.
He develops custom-made and personalized career planning tools, materials, and programs for students--youth and adults. He is the author of more than 17 custom-made personalized workbooks designed to meet specific life and work planning needs. His specialty is human potential research specializing in community, career, and educational issues. He conducts seminars and workshops in the areas of organizational leadership, management, life purpose, creative goal setting , and career planning. He is married to Aletha F. McCutcheon, a Foodservice Director with a Master’s Degree in School Business Administration; they have a daughter, Melinda, and twin boys Moses III and Matthew McCutcheon.
Dr. McCutcheon and his wife are Founders of the McCutcheon Research Group and School-To-Success Foundation. They live in Los Angeles, California.
