José Cepeda García was born in the Dominican Republic in 1978. He is a member of the well known Dominican literary circle Yelidá, and co-founder of the Punto & Seguido literary circle with José Bobadilla and other prestigious writers. García is the author of Fabulario de las Sombras (Fabled-Shadow’s Book) in collaboration with the writers Ana Brígida Gómez and Amado A. Chalas. He lives in the Dominican Republic.
